| Level I | Focuses on body & breath awareness, learning basic alignment & postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxation. We recommend repeating this Level at least two or three times when you begin. |
| Level II | Expands on the basics with additional postures, breathing techniques, yoga philosophy and meditation practices. |
| Level III | Explores more posture variations and meditation-in-motion while deepening yoga philosophy and meditation practices. At least one & a half years of yoga experience recommended. |
| Yoga & Meditation | Yoga warmups and postures naturally prepare us for focusing the mind and meditation. Come to be inspired, learn & practice. Some yoga experience is needed. |
| Chair Yoga | A gentle class for anyone who wants a little balance support. All postures are done either sitting or using the chair for support. We'll focus on yoga philosophy, breathing, range of motion in the joints, stretching & strengthening major muscle groups. |
| Wake Up! |
An energizing class for those who are fit and have some experience, this class is warming & strengthening. Practices will include vigorous and calming breathing exercises, a variety of posture flows, inversions, and deep relaxation. |
