everyday life. She also offers private classes and workshops.

Rebecca Stephans

Rebecca Stephans is a Kripalu certified teacher with eleven years of teaching experience and sixteen years of massage therapy experience. Yoga is her personal spiritual practice, centered on mindfulness and fitness, living lightly on the earth, and integrating yoga wisdom into daily choices. Rebecca makes her classes accessible and engaging with a focus on breath, compassion, self-awareness, anatomy & physiology, yoga philosophy, and home practice. She also teaches Contact Yoga workshops, offers private lessons, and designs yoga sessions for retreats and meetings.

Julie Gray

Julie Gray has been practicing and studying yoga for over 25 years. She is a Kripalu-certified instructor and has studied in many traditions. She combines a spiritual focus with her knowledge of mind-body health and yoga philosopy. Her classes gently coax the body’s innate energy and intelligence into fuller expression though whole-body movement, cultivation of subtle perception and awareness of the internal breath. Julie is an RN and certified Integrative Yoga Therapist who also offers private sessions.

Kerry McGaffey completed her Kripalu certification in 2006. Through former work as a domestic violence prevention educator, Kerry became inspired to study yoga and it's sister healing science Ayurveda to learn more about the intimate connection of the mind, body and spirit. She encourages her students to tap into their own body wisdom and sense of balance -physically, emotionally, seasonally. Her emphasis as a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic consultant is to facilitate self exploration and a deeper understanding of one's self in relation to the natural world.
